Your payout is sent from a different source, not from the coins you deposited. On the chain the two are separate movements, with nothing linking one to the other. We break it on every order, by default, with no way to switch it off.

Issue one address, for one order, once. It is never used again.
Fix the rate when that address appears. It is printed beside it.
Charge what you picked: three per cent flat, or somewhere between three and four. Drawn once, printed with your address, never moved afterwards.
Route everything through Monero. Always, not on request.
Pay out from a different source. Delayed. In an odd amount. All three, always.
Draw the delay when your address appears, and sign the time it lands on. The payout leaves by that time, counted from the moment your deposit confirms.
Move the payout by up to 50 cents, up or down, so it does not land on a round number. Up or down, because a one-way trim would be a hidden addition to the rate.
Once the confirmations land, the coin goes out to whatever destination you entered.
If an order cannot complete, the coin returns to whatever refund address you provided.
Sent to the wrong address: gone.
Sent on the wrong network: gone.
Sent after the deadline: returned, less the network fee.
Paid out to an address you mistyped: gone. We cannot call it back.
None of this bends. Read both addresses once before you commit. That reading is the whole safety net.
A time. Two chains decide that, not us.
Availability. Any given route can dry up or halt without warning, and that shows on the quote before you commit.
Privacy on transparent coins. Bitcoin stays public. Ethereum stays public. Our routing breaks the link between the ends — it does not rewrite a chain.
Nobody checks where you are, because nobody collects anything.

We hold no licence, and we are not a custodian: your coins pass through the protocol, not through an account with us. Whether that arrangement suits your jurisdiction is a question only you can answer — and one worth answering before you send anything.
